From McDonald's. In Thailand: an extra 20 baht on top of your meal. Available in several colours - this one is pink - each day a different colour is offered. Each colour seems to have a theme - this one is "volley". The glass is embossed on the other side with "2010 FIfa World Cup South Africa", and the volley symbol, as shown on the packaging.
